Too often we place limitations on ourselves based primarily on FEAR.
Fear that we have unrealistic goals, fear of failure and fear of falling short of progress …but it is your mind that creates the fear that then cripples your faith/BELIEF that you are already what you seek & desire. Listen, the body you were given is in fact capable, it is YOUR MIND that needs to get on board!!!
